for my parents! They are complete lifesavers when it comes to my kids with Greg and I both working. This Wednesday the school called and said Braxton was sick, lets just say the boy was not acting it. He was spitting up, and I mean spitting everything up he ate but other then no signs of sickness, no fever no nothing.
I sent a picture of my sweet boy, that I picked up Wednesday afternoon, smiling and playing with him toes, needless to say he spit up again so Mom and Dad have had both kids since Wednesday night. They said if the are coming to get Braxton they might as well pick up Mackenzie and while I miss them terribly I know they are having fun time. Yesterday they went to see Meme and Papa, today the adventure was Port Aransas.
I have a hard time taking off work as there is no one else able to access the Federal Reverse that is set up to order cash and Greg has numerous meetings making it hard for him to leave as well. I am ever so grateful that my parents know that and have no problem watching the kids. I know my kids loving going there, when we ask Mackenzie where she is staying and she responds Nana and Pops without us ever telling her they are coming up, you know she LOVES it!
It seems the past few weeks have been so busy as we have been on the go nonstop but that is life right? My little ones are getting SO big, Braxton is crawling on everything now, he is going to be my little climber that is for sure, he definitely have to keep an eye on him. It is so funny to watch the two at night now, Mackenzie will be lying down watching to tv and Braxton will crawl all over her and mess with her hair, milk and blanket and all you hear, is NO BROTHER, NO, I am so glad that he is starting stand his ground and interact with her. At school, he is one of the youngest in his class but one of the most advance, as he one of the few acting like he wants to walk, they tell me he will be walking in no time, so we will see. As for Mackenzie, I am going to have one SAD girl in a few weeks when the pools close as we hear on a pretty regular basis, "go swimming in the water".
Here are a few pictures of the little ones from the past couple of weeks....
