Oedo Island and a Ferry Ride

This weekend we had a Chevron Team-building which involved a ferry ride and walk around the island. We had been the island before on when Greg was on TL, but it was neat going with the kids. Lets just say they are getting used to pictures! They would go sit or stand somewhere and just say cheese, it was quite funny. They had a great time on the boat (it was only a 30 minute ride, on a one story ferry), looking around the island and lastly eating lunch. It was an all you could eat meat buffet, it was pretty good.

Dinosaur Museum and Cable Cars

Last week Greg had off on Thursday so we packed up and went out for the day to the Dinosaur Museum, it was about 1:30 drive but it was lovely. It was a gorgeous day and it turned out to be a huge hit with the kids. Not only did they have exhibits inside (less then impressive) but outside they had things as well with play areas, they even had a bush maze with a dinosaur at then end made out of greenery. It was really neat. We even were able to see dinosaur track in some of the rocks along the water.

After the Museum went headed to Tongyeong so Braxton could ride the cable cars. It was pretty neat, pretty much like an enclosed snow ski lift that went much higher!
